That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. I used to going to the main dealership on 19, where seems I knew a few from there. Great experience. Will be coming back. Even saw Roxanne, who was great always. Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Todd has been excellent to deal with. He’s followed up but not over the top pushy. When I’m ready to move forward with my purchase, I will for sure be using Todd.

This is a great vehicle. It’s really spacious, drives beautifully, and is very comfortable. The exterior and interior look high end and there are so many features! It’s an affordable option for anyone looking for an SUV with a third row.

I used Amazon Autos to find a good deal on a Tuscon online. All costs Including dealer fees and sales taxes were clearly presented. Discounts such as dealer adjustment and Hyundai rebates were also clearly displayed. Crown Hyundai offered a range of Tuscons that were priced better that other Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my Southwest Florida town. Crown Hyundai honored the deal that was presented on Amazon Autos without any hassles or attempts at up-selling. Justin Hoffman was very helpful in getting the deal done so I could get my new car in less than a day. All car purchases should be done this way.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Cameron was a fantastic help and really knew he’s stuff about the car. He easily related his personal experience with these cars as well his over knowledge as a car guy. We test drove three different vehicles. He made sure our experience was as seamless and pleasant as possible. He took over our appointment from Joel who had a family emergency to take care of. We ended up leasing a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. It’s a fantastic vehicle and we love it.! In the seven cars, I’ve purchased over the past 30+ years. This was hands-down.
