Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Great buying experience. Darren Conwell, sales rep., was outstanding. He went out of his way in several instances to make the buying experience tolerable. Hope he is there next time I'm in the market.

This is a great vehicle. It’s really spacious, drives beautifully, and is very comfortable. The exterior and interior look high end and there are so many features! It’s an affordable option for anyone looking for an SUV with a third row.

Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Unfortunately I had to bring it back the following day as the cruise control still wasn"t working even with the new switch. New contact switch installed and everything seems to be working now. However, I did have to cancel a doctor appt because I spent 3 hours waiting for repair.

Process was as smooth as can be. I will absolutely be going back for all servicing.
