Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Jack Coco is an excellent sales consultant and was amazing with finding us the lowest cost possible to stay within our budget for a new car. His honesty and patience is why I am a returning customer and bought my third car from him. They didn't try to use the Tarriff's to scare us to buy a car quickly and raise their prices like the other dealerships. Instead, they worked with us to find rebates and discounts to lower the costs. They also have great service so I recommend buying a car from their dealership.

This is a great vehicle. It’s really spacious, drives beautifully, and is very comfortable. The exterior and interior look high end and there are so many features! It’s an affordable option for anyone looking for an SUV with a third row.

Went to Heritage Hyundai because our daughter had a good experience a couple years ago with her purchase. Had a very pleasant experience with our salesman, Tom Hamme. He was informative and honest. Did not attempt to xx me at all. Answered questions and was extremely helpful. Car was delivered in almost perfect condition. Only issue was a few bubbles in the rear bumper applique, otherwise no problems. Would recommend the dealership and especially Tom.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

A few days ago, I traded in my 2014 Hyundai Accent for a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, something I had been thinking about dong for while now. The folks at Heritage Hyundai Towson made it a very easy decision to make, and the transition was a breeze. I had a few vehicles to choose from with AWD, but the exterior/interior color combo made it easy. I chose Hyundai’s Rockwood green exterior color with a light grey fabric interior. As you can imagine, there are quite a few new and improved features on a 2025 model versus a 2014. Stan, the salesman at Heritage, knew these features inside and out and was able to explain them and how they work! Just the dashboard itself almost seems futuristic to an old guy like me, but it is well laid out and relatively easy to read. Even the business office made the financing workout for me and my fixed income! This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

My husband and I had to shop for a car for our handicapped daughter who was recently paralyzed after surgery, The sales person, Berlinda Chandler, made this experience in shopping for a van to suit our daughter's needs was very professional, very caring and very informative. After we explained what our needs were she instructed us to view several vehicles, the Chrysler Pacifica being one of them, Our daughter, Latresce Bennett, was not able to be there at that time , however Berlinda took the extra time to speak with our daughter, who was in a nursing home, over the telephone and took extra time to even take the vehicle to the nursing home so that our daughter could make the final decision on the purchase of the vehicle, She was patient, kind, attentive and caring. Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.

This dealership makes the cut for the honesty of their sales staff and ability to tell you the true price of an online sales item. The new age of online auto sales makes dealers compete in ways hitherto not explored. The tendency too often is to disguise the price by adding in all incentives offered by Corporate Has. When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

My sales guy Mike Serrano was awesome. I can't find anything negative to say and I've been recommending him to everyone since my purchase.

This is my third Hyundai and the second time I bought a Santa Fe from Annapolis Hyundai. I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, John and Ricky were awesome, and Tom in finance made the paperwork a breeze. I love my car and will refer anyone to Antwerpin for their car needs!
