Everything was great and had a great experience overall with the service department. Vehicle was repaired and is operating as it is supposed to now.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

The experience was really awesome. The sales person Cayden was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer support. The general manager Christian also was very helpful. This is why is the second car that we bought at this dealer. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family. The car a Hyundai Kona is our sixth Hyundai in our family.

This is a great vehicle. It’s really spacious, drives beautifully, and is very comfortable. The exterior and interior look high end and there are so many features! It’s an affordable option for anyone looking for an SUV with a third row.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

I was greeted by Orlando with a smile and eagerness to help. We could not find the car I saw online but he was diligent in searching. He went inside and found the keys and we located the car. I took it for a test drive and knew it was the right car. It was the weekend so we had to wait until Monday for the credit union to give the final approval. There seemed to be a discrepancy of the value of the car but Orlando called the credit union directly and spoke with the loan officer and cleared up the confusion. There were a few more hiccups on the credit union side and Orlando was professional and handled everything for me and I was able to purchase my car. He made sure the car was detailed and the gas tank was full. With all the humps and bumps he remained professional and very helpful. I definitely recommend you visit him. I did not mention he helped me after another sales person walked by me on the lot and I clearly needed assistance. Thank you Orlando for taking the time to assist me. I am enjoying my new volvo! This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

My salesperson, David Kim, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, great listener to my needs and wants. He has also had great follow up since purchasing the car.

MIL light came on while driving back from Florida to NC. Dropped off car to be looked at. Chris was very helpful from first phone call to last. Determined it was the seal on gas cap. Called and explained what they did and car was ready for pick up in a very timely manner. Washed the car also. We were very pleased.

Oil change and replacing engine air filter . The job was done promptly including a free car wash. The waiting area was cleaned, with snacks and tv provided. Computer work stations were also available.

Customer Service Advisor met me and went over the 56,000 mile service and directed me to the waiting area. Service took my car a few minutes later and sent me a text telling me the status of my vehicle and important services that would be required. It was in for oil and filter but the service adviser suggested an alighment as a front tire was cupping .Once the service was complete I received a text the vehicle was being ready for delivery. within 5 minutes the service advisor entered the waiting area met with me and went over the invoice and additional services that would be required on my next visit. He than walked me to the cashier to pay for the services and handed me the key. He than walked me to the door and pointed to my parked car. The car had been washed and it was ready to drive. A very pleasant expedient experience.

My only issue is that after having my oil changed, when I got in to leave it smelled like cigarettes. It would be nice if the mechanics didn?t smoke before getting in peoples cars.

The service I had was great. All of my questions were answered. That is why I use this dealership for all oil changes,tires and anything else that needs to be done on my vehicle.

New Service Writer this time. He was the ultimate professional. In and out of the shop in a little over 1hr. As the normal, was met at the car by the porter, very friendly and professional as well. Great Job!
