I went in for my scheduled oil change and was greeted by my rep Doreen Hailey. Doreen got my paperwork started and directed me to their very nice waiting room. A multi point inspection of car was completed and Doreen went over all things require service with me. I could tell by our the discussion she really knows her cars. Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

General manger done a great job helping me get a part fixed on my car after Hyundai would not approve the warranty repair. General manger was great to deal with and took ownership of the issue.

This is a great vehicle. It’s really spacious, drives beautifully, and is very comfortable. The exterior and interior look high end and there are so many features! It’s an affordable option for anyone looking for an SUV with a third row.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

We were treated very well friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We got as close as 500.00 a part at one point and then we were 1000.00 apart at the end of negotiations. I thought we offered a fair deal on a new 2019. We ended up buying a Kia Optima instead of a Sonata pretty much the same car just got a better deal.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. Discounts such as dealer adjustment and Hyundai rebates were also clearly displayed. Crown Hyundai offered a range of Tuscons that were priced better that other Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my Southwest Florida town. Crown Hyundai honored the deal that was presented on Amazon Autos without any hassles or attempts at up-selling. Justin Hoffman was very helpful in getting the deal done so I could get my new car in less than a day. All car purchases should be done this way.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.
