Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

Our family was looking for a car to export to Central America. We searched for some time for the right Kia EV9, and came across an EV9 that Michaels Autos had. It seemed to fit all our needs. From the first call, until the vehicle was picked up by the shipping company, Rich was there every step of the way...Even after the money was received. Pictures, videos, updates, check in, communications with the shipping company, finding a new charging cable... You don't see that level of customer service very often anymore.
