I had a great experience buy a vehicle on Wednesday 4/5/23 the salesman Michael Baker made the whole experience very enjoyable. Mike was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the vehicle. And he was very easy to work with, even though I am old he made me feel like we were old friends.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

If was a very long day. However the majority of it was negotiating and finding my desired vehicle. Once it was located they went and picked it up; I was able to take delivery right away. Signing the documents was a bit tedious. There was an error and the finance company had to be called to get it resolved; this took a while.

Service - Fast, courteous, professional, extensive detailed report of vehicle on paper. Advisor approached me and said my last name to confirm why I was there, before I could say a word. Never had a dealership service experience like that ever in my life. Great communication with text and updates.

He showed me what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Hyundai needed to keep my car overnight to complete the work. Nate was able to give me a loaner vehicle which really made my life easier! My car was ready the next day before the promised time, and the repair cost a bit less than the estimate. Nate was friendly, efficient & helpful. I was very pleased with the service I received & repair work that was done.
