The waiting was close to 3 hrs. But the TV and teas service machine is great. Customer service was great and kind. Went for oil change and repair. They forgot to place the sticker after oil change and reset reminder.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. Poor communication when needing information or getting back to you. They don't call back after leaving a messages, you have to keep calling. Otherwise they treat good
