Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.

Overall is ok, but buying process takes too long like around 7 hours, didn't leave until close to 11pm at night, sale staff and I didn't get a chance to look through the whole SUV, by the time I've gotten home (2.5 hours), I've noticed front passenger side wiper was separated, detached from the housing unit, I've attached it back to my best ability, doesn't quite look right, I'll go through a local Hyundai's dealership for the repair, also the cargo cover was missing from the vehicle, but it was listed on sticker, I've called my sale person (Eli M.) the next day to informed him, at the time of the this writing, ten business days later I'm still waiting for the replacement from the dealer.

They take of me and my car, always, gee, they even treated me to lunch while I waited the 2 hours to do my car.

There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. Can't really forget about a great experience because nowadays it's hard to find that right service center for you. well luckiely i purchased my car from South Bay Hyundai and they procide excellent service! Very smooth car buying experience. Friendly customer service from salesman Roger including taking time to answer all questions. While it was busy, I did not feel rushed and was able to make a good purchase at a good price. Would recommend this location to anyone buying a car and will use them again.
