I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

Jared Hensley was amazing. We came in on a Saturday as we were passing through Denver. He saw us immediately. The following represents my experience after several visits over the last week with a female friend, where both of us are in the mid 70's- mid 80's. Since this was her first experience of purchasing a vehicle for several decades, I accompanied her for additional support. Additionally, I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Arapahoe Hyundai within the last 10 years. Our decision to purchase the vehicle from Arap Hyund followed considering vehicles from 3 other dealer, which was based on the vehicle that met her needs, and with the help of 3 sales reps. All 3, of which 1, was the Sales Manager, who apparently recognized our need of patience, and professionalism by the other 2 sales reps. Their consideration resulted in the completion of the sale, and a very happy new owner.
