Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Nigel is the service man I work with and he always make sure that what we need is done right and I am never pressured to do more than as necessary. I am so thankful that I can trust him and Mario his manager to make sure that everything is always done better than expected. I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience. My service was very fast and I got my car washed. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The snack bar was fully stocked and my oil change was realizable priced.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

No pressure, they went and got the color vehicle I wanted and the paperwork was quick with no pressure from F&I. A very pleasant experience.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Absolutely LOVE driving this SUV!......so stylish....practical and soooo comfortable.......it has plenty of leg room...lots of cargo space and just enough seating.......handles very well on the highway and is very gas efficient.....and the safety features are AWESOME!

Just bought out my leased santa fe, owned it for 3 years. Still rides smoothly. Not at all sick of its beautiful design still. plenty of cargo room in the back. just fun to drive.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

I had to wait while my car was being serviced. The customer service waiting room is very pleasant. Coffee, snacks and drinks were available at no cost. These amenities made the wait very pleasant.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.
