The service personnel are friendly and explained what I should expect both in terms of time and work to be done. I received updates as needed. When they thought it would take an additional hour, they offered to get me a ride home. As it turned out, the work didn't take that long to complete. I was very pleased with my experience with the service department.

He wasted no time setting me up for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the cars I was checking out. Called salesman Mo Ibrahim and told him what I was looking. He asked me to come in and he would show me a few that fit my needs. Got there and he had exactly what I wanted, only had to choose the color. Was totally honest about all the features and performance of the car. He included extra service and warranty at minimum cost and made the financing smooth and seamless. Was a great buying experience for the perfect car.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. After purchasing my Palisade, Jason continued to stay in touch to offer any help or answer any questions. So pleasant!

Courage did an excellent job in the sales experience for the Porsche Cayenne we bought. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the financing to go through. This was due to the fact that it was a 2014 model. But, again, financing experience at any dealer has never been better or worse.

Showed up prior to my scheduled appointment due to some maintenance issues outside of recalls, one recall was for the trunk latch which was on hand and the car was ready by end of day! Good customer service, and care. Wish my car was as good as the service provided.
