We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.
