I had an overall great experience leasing a car at TASCA Hyundai located in Hartsdale, NY yesterday. I worked with a sales rep named Abraham, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me as I took over 3 hours(!!) to make a decision on which one of several cars to lease. From the moment I walked in, Abraham was welcoming and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, went on two test drives with me, answered (or found out answers to) all of my questions, and made the entire car-leasing process smooth and stress-free. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for Jeffrey. He's 76 years old ( I'm 72) so don't expect any quick sales tactics!
