I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. Can't really forget about a great experience because nowadays it's hard to find that right service center for you. well luckiely i purchased my car from South Bay Hyundai and they procide excellent service! visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.
