I started my search about a month ago and found a new car I wanted to test drive at Ken Ganley Subaru in N. Olmstead. Roger Hagan sent me a video of the car before I arrived and respectfully guided me through the process with patience and without pressure. Happily, I drove my new Forester home that day and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

Our sales person Shakira Graciani was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She did everything she could to finalize our sale. Including coming in on her day off to get it done. Bobby in management was fantastic. He was efficient and thorough without wasting our time. No hassles, just a fair deal done quickly. Fred in finance was also knowledgeable and patient. The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.

I took my car there to be looked at because I have an engine that would not run. The car has 87,000 miles it. I went online and found out that the 2.4 liter engine had a recall or engine campaign replacement program. I believe that my engine was part of the replacement program but according to Hyundai my car was not part of this program but was never told why While I was dealing with a case manager that couldn’t find time in her day to call me back after several attempts to get her on the phone a month plus has passed with my car sitting in dealership parking lot. While sitting in the lot of dealership my car was hit and damaged by an unknown vehicle now I have two problems a car that doesn’t run and a damaged front end so now what do I do ?

This is my second vehicle I purchased from Classic Hyundai. Dan took time with me and showed me how to use everything in the SUV. I would recommend Dan and the team there for all the help they provided. Great people and great service! Jill

Very positive experience . Received the correct level of maintenance for my car at 90,000 miles. Good discussion on future maintenance with the manager. Will definitely return for future work
