We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. If you're looking for a car and someone that really cares about you ALLEN WASHINGTON is your guy! he's not just my sale man he's, my Family!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I had to bring it back the following day as the cruise control still wasn"t working even with the new switch. New contact switch installed and everything seems to be working now. However, I did have to cancel a doctor appt because I spent 3 hours waiting for repair.

The service department was so nice and informative! I felt like my time was always in consideration, and my Elantra runs great again and it's an 08. I bought a car yesterday and worked with Felix, who was very helpful. My 20 year old daughter was with me and I was glad she had the chance to learn what it’s like to buy a car with a professional salesperson who treated us respectfully. I had done my homework so we started from a pretty informed place, but there was still a lot to learn and go over. I loved that Felix was straightforward, thorough, didn’t talk down to us, and didn’t give us a hard sell even when we didn’t take the extra service agreements on top of the purchase. We would recommend and would definitely go back—though I hope we don’t have to for a long long time.
