We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

This was the second Sonata that I purchased from Voss. Everyone in the dealership, from the salesperson to Mark and Mike in the Service area, are great to deal with. If you have any problem they are there to help.

Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bought a 2023 Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle, to go to Anthony.

I must say I have never liked this car lot due to the poor attitude of the managers and poor service after the sale, historically. I am a long time resident of Fairfield and have tried to buy several cars from this lot and always left when it came to sign because the lot managers were extremely rude, cocky unwelcoming. I decided to give it one more try a few weeks ago because they had a vehicle my wife really wanted and they were on the way home. We were immediately greeted by Rebecca (I can't remember her last name) and she made us feel so welcome and made us WANT to buy a car from her. She was so kind and knowledgeable that I would have bought anything she wanted to sell me. Rebecca is a real asset and has earned my business back to Jeff Wyler and forget my poor experiences in the past. I really hope this lot is changing directions and starting to focus more on the customer and service like Becky did, this lot is a staple in the Fairfield business scene, like Jungle Jims, it was sad to watch it decline to almost a buy here pay here lot. I will be back and keep recommending this lot now. Please don't let us down when it comes time to bring it in for service by resorting to your old ways. Jeff Wyler is a hometown lot so keep treating your customers like neighbors, not outsider. Rebecca did an amazing job and I hope you appreciate her as much as we did. I am not a fan of buying cars or dealing with dealerships, but I recently purchased a 2024 Palisade and I have never had a better car buying experience. Fred Jordan was an excellent Sales Consultant. He was responsive when he needed to be and was respectful while I made the buying decision. Mark Wuebker got me through the paperwork in record time. I would imagine that I will buy another vehicle from them in the future!

Tyler advised a Transmission Fluid and filter change in our 2016 Tucson SUV at 75,000 miles to eliminate a slight shudder. We thank him for his knowledge and insight. I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.
