A few days ago, I traded in my 2014 Hyundai Accent for a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, something I had been thinking about dong for while now. The folks at Heritage Hyundai Towson made it a very easy decision to make, and the transition was a breeze. I had a few vehicles to choose from with AWD, but the exterior/interior color combo made it easy. I chose Hyundai’s Rockwood green exterior color with a light grey fabric interior. As you can imagine, there are quite a few new and improved features on a 2025 model versus a 2014. Stan, the salesman at Heritage, knew these features inside and out and was able to explain them and how they work! Just the dashboard itself almost seems futuristic to an old guy like me, but it is well laid out and relatively easy to read. Even the business office made the financing workout for me and my fixed income! Desiring a newer Lexus suv I contacted the dealership and they had Jordan Mc help me with my desired 2013 Lexus RX. I’m very impressed with the overall willingness to understand my needs. The vehicle is exactly what I was looking for and priced under the market. I’m happy with my new vehicle.

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 2025 Hybrid. Was fast, clear and I think fair prices. I did not like the incisive offer of additional vehicle protection services. I realized later that I was sold practically two additional plans that protect the same thing.

Great Experience with Honda of Ocala. My salesman Shac Perkins was awesome. We had to take a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there from Tallahassee but it was worth the drive. Was worried because I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and was hoping not to be in there until midnight. But by 8:45 p.m. I was on the road with my new (used car). The car itself was a great deal and I really had to make that drive to make the purchase! Nick in finance did a great job as well. The electronic signing process was nice. Ied brought in an existing car tag and they handled the transfer with no slow down. Overall, this was a really good purchasing experience and they had to work with me over the phone a bit due to it being an internet sale and stayed a little late to button up the deal!!! Great job all!!!!

Oneida was extremely knowledgable about the Palisade I purchased. During the test drive, she showed that she clearly had done her homework on these vehicles, showing us all the bells and whistles and how they all worked. She was not pushy at all and truly felt she wanted to help me find the right vehicle no matter what. I have already recommended her to others who were looking to buy!

It was fast and friendly. They didn't do any other work unless they talk to me frist. I will return there to get my other work done once I have them money.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.
