We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

I brought my 2020 Buick Enclave in for a tire rotation and a detailing, and it came out looking and smelling like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I'm really impressed with the service, and the staff is amazing!

The Service Advisor Andrew was very nice and provided great customer service. He went over my car's issues and addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He was very honest in telling me which car issues should be fixed first. This was the first time since Hyundai moved their location from Florin Rd to Elk Grove that I was able to get an appointment there so I was happy that my first experience was a good one. Pulled into the dealership to look at new vehicles in the pouring rain. We were driving the lot looking at vehicles. Jeffrey came out in the rain, greeted us, introduced himself, and invited us to wait inside while he drove the vehicles to the covered area for us to inspect. I bought two new Hyundai vehicles over the winter from Pam with far better trade values and discounts each time versus the 3 north GA Hyundai dealers near my Cumming GA home. The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.
