My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

I was in desperate need of a new vehicle after my old car died and I had a wonderful experience at Lia Hyundai. I inquired on a vehicle and my appointment was set that day! I worked with Anthony and he was the best! He helped me get into the car I wanted with absolutely no pressure. It was an amazing experience and when have to go car shopping for my husband, I will be sure to go back to Lia Hyundai and work with Anthony! Emily, the finance manager was amazing as well! She helped me get some great warranties that I felt were too good to pass up!

Came to Key on the recommendation of another Hyundai dealership so I could actually test drive a vehicle before I bought it. Mike was fantastic and very helpful to make sure I met the price point I needed and still able to have all the features I wanted. Everything happens for a reason. I give them 5 stars in sales and in service . I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. He worked with Mike canty to get me the best numbers to fit my budget and it was seemless. Give the new ownership and management a shot they are great over here now

I leased my Hyundai Kona N-Line in 2022. It was not long past Covid and my local dealer in New London did not have what I wanted in stock. I found my car on the showroom floor at Shoreline. I was very well taken care of by several of the sales staff and financial manager at the time. I turned my car in on Saturday with very low miles (14,500). I originally was going to return it in New London out of convenience but they weren't willing to "buy" it by allowing me to avoid paying the end fees. I knew that with such low miles, there must be some equity. I went to Shoreline after speaking to Sam and Ryan offered to "buy" the car and save me the return fees. I feel that I was treated very well both times. As I was sitting waiting for my ride home, I was able to observe all of the sales staff doing their work. Everyone who walked by me made sure I was taken care of and offered assistance if I needed anything. I left a little bit sad to leave my Kona behind but Shoreline left me feeling like I wanted to thank them for such great service.

As always Lia Hyundai of Hartford provided me with a positive visit and assisted me with the easiest solutions, explaining everything to get started on my car issue. Hector Morales in Service was helpful, very pleasant, patient and most of all answers all of my questions. It was great having him take care of everything and putting my mind at ease.
