We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

I have been going to Lia of Hartford for quite some time now, with different vehicles. Hector has always taken care of me, He knows what I expect and has not failed to provide the service I wish to have.

The sales experience was good. I was having a problem with my car starting right away. Called the service department to set up an appointment. I was told the 1st available appointment was 12/27/2021. So the service department expected me to drive my car for 5 almost 6 weeks not knowing what was wrong. Not happy or satisfied in the least.
