My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

Came to Key on the recommendation of another Hyundai dealership so I could actually test drive a vehicle before I bought it. Mike was fantastic and very helpful to make sure I met the price point I needed and still able to have all the features I wanted. Everything happens for a reason. We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Balise not only gets you the car you want they will help trouble shoot. On a monday after work I wasn't able to get into my car thinking it was the fob. I got the spare fob and nothing happened. I called Balise spoke to someone after asking questions they said the battery died. I called roadside assistance that didn't work. I called back and got Jesse on the phone he was able to walk me through to get into the car and then how to reset the battery. I was so thankful as he stayed after closing to help me! A friend of mine that was with me has the same car and it was a learning experience in case that happens to her as well. Thank you Jesse a great team at Balise!
