The process of actually sitting down to sign all the documents and driving out was long, approximately 4 hours, but that had been my previous experience in buying cars. If there is one thing I would ask to change it's the add ons that they encourage you to sit through and buy, which prolongs the process. All considered I was very satisfied with the purchasing-let's see how I'm treated after the sale (excuse my cynicism). So far so good

Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.
