Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. I dealt with about 6 different dealerships in my area and found that Heritage Hyundai was the most flexible with their pricing, both for the new and trade in cars. The salesman, Ahmed, was completely professional and accommodating, thorough, and personable. The process of actually sitting down to sign all the documents and driving out was long, approximately 4 hours, but that had been my previous experience in buying cars. If there is one thing I would ask to change it's the add ons that they encourage you to sit through and buy, which prolongs the process. All considered I was very satisfied with the purchasing-let's see how I'm treated after the sale (excuse my cynicism). So far so good

When I arrived they were expecting me, knew my name, and we drove the car. I did not choose to buy this, but I would go back in a minute for the wonderful service.
