My wife and I were in the market to replace our aging Pilot. We decided to stop in at Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria to check out the redesigned Santa Fe. Cody greeted us, and I let him know we were early in the process and just comparing vehicles. He was understanding, laid back and friendly in his approach, which we appreciated very much. We did not decide to purchase on our initial visit. After some deliberation we found a color combination we liked at the Kerry in Florence. I reached out to Cody, and he got the ball rolling to get the Santa Fe we wanted at his location. This was on his day off mind you. I met him the next day to work everything out, and it was by far the smoothest, best car buying experience I've had. Received great sales service from Matt ( sales manager). I had been looking for a particular color and trim level Hyundai Tucson. He went above and beyond to find and help me with the purchase. Had been to another Hyundai dealer in Nky and test drove car and gave salesman my info and trade info and he said would give me a call next day with price. I waited two days and no response so Called his cell # on business card. He answer and said he forgot and would call next day, no call. Reached out to the dealer and asked if they had any price or info for me and manager said he had no info so I told him to tell the salesman to forget it. Thanks again to Matt !!

Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bought a 2023 Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle, to go to Anthony.

My experience with Jeff Wyler Fairfield was extraordinarily pleasant. Every one I came in contact with was friendly, professional and, most importantly, helpful. No one tried to pressure me into upgrades or add-ons I didn't want. The most outstanding aspect of the experience was honesty. The salesman I dealt with was a knowledgeable young man, but also quick to tell me if he didn't have the answer to any given questions. The bottom line is that I came away with a feeling of complete confidence. The Hyundai Sonata I bought from them has the best warranty available and I have no doubt Jeff Wyler Fairfield will stand behind the car beyond that warranty.

I must say I have never liked this car lot due to the poor attitude of the managers and poor service after the sale, historically. I am a long time resident of Fairfield and have tried to buy several cars from this lot and always left when it came to sign because the lot managers were extremely rude, cocky unwelcoming. I decided to give it one more try a few weeks ago because they had a vehicle my wife really wanted and they were on the way home. We were immediately greeted by Rebecca (I can't remember her last name) and she made us feel so welcome and made us WANT to buy a car from her. She was so kind and knowledgeable that I would have bought anything she wanted to sell me. Rebecca is a real asset and has earned my business back to Jeff Wyler and forget my poor experiences in the past. I really hope this lot is changing directions and starting to focus more on the customer and service like Becky did, this lot is a staple in the Fairfield business scene, like Jungle Jims, it was sad to watch it decline to almost a buy here pay here lot. I will be back and keep recommending this lot now. Please don't let us down when it comes time to bring it in for service by resorting to your old ways. Jeff Wyler is a hometown lot so keep treating your customers like neighbors, not outsider. Rebecca did an amazing job and I hope you appreciate her as much as we did.
