Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

I came in from out of state to view a low mileage, older Jeep. Bobby gave me all the time that I needed to check out the vehicle, and he worked with my schedule, as well as being attentive. I would definitely recommend Bobby to anyone interested in a vehicle from Jeep if Manhattan.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

As a second car, or for someone's first car purchase, or a gas saver, or a beater, this car is perfect. We had 4 cylinder sedans and suvs that were our main family vehicles before. But grew out of them and into larger 3 row suvs that consume a lot of gas. This feels like it's in between both. It's not quite a mid sized suv, yet it does not feel like a compact suv. Compared to previous models, the interior feels more spacious and has higher quality design and materials. Our trim has off white leather and it looks beautiful inside. It's rather comfortable, quiet, and fun to drive for the most part, except that passengers in the back seat sometimes complain about the ride quality. Amenities are great. The tech, safety features, comforts, it's all well thought out. Sometimes I don't like some of the beeps or lane assist features, but other times I can appreciate it. Overall seems reliable, though the little 4 cylinder sometimes seems to vibrate a little too hard, and the gears are normally tuned to be a little sluggish to save gas. It can be switched to sport mode (it has a cool animation on the screen when you switch driving modes), but then the engine just revs too high and the exhaust tends to drone a bit. Normal and "smart" mode don't seem to have that issue. For going shopping or driving back and fourth to work, it's a great car. I like the looks, and the stance, though it's a little low compared to other SUVs. We took it on a 3 hour road trip once and although it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best, most comfortable experience either. Hence why it's our second family vehicle and not our main.

just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. One of the most enjoyable experiences I have had buying a car. I entered the showroom at Millenium with the thought of unloading my truck as the lease was ending and possibly getting into a Santa Fe Hybrid. I was greeted by Victor, who in my opinion, was one of the nicest salesman I have ever met. While I was speaking to Victor, the MIllenium GM, Vinny, stopped by to say hello to me an introduce himself. We exchanged pleasantries and he seemed nice enough. I had explained that I knew my stuff with regards to getting out of leases and that in order to get me into a new vehicle, they would have to give me a great deal. Victor and Vinny both wooed me off my feet. They were not overpowering, nor were they pushy. They explained to me the options, which I had multiple, and to please talk things over with your wife and get back to us. I returned a week late to tell them that I was accepting the deal, only I didn't like the color of the Santa Fe. Victor had explained we have a red Santa Fe, which were similarly priced. The deal was made and I have a new amazing vehicle. During the entire process, I never felt rushed. On signing day, I was introduced to finance, Matteo( I could be wrong with pronunciation). He was fast and efficient. Explained everything that needed to be signed. I told him , I'm waiting for the rug to be pulled out from underneath me. Truth be told, the most enjoyable experience I've ever had when buying a car. I can't wait to refer my friends to Millenium. Professional, accurate, and trustworthy ! Thank you to the entire staff.

Overall service wasn't good, a little slow in turning around costumers but experience was good.

The entire experience with the Service Dept. was top notch. Very professional and extremely courteous. I was told my car would be ready in 1.5 to 2 hours. I got it back and was heading home exactly in that window. I was very happy and very impressed.

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery.
