Used 2024 Hyundai TUCSON SUVs for sale near Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

This is my second time this year dealing with this Hyundai but this review wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for Briant Rosa. Both times he’s been amazing. He’s patient, helpful and TRULY goes out of his way to help. He took care of the entire process both times. And this second time I got my car without even stepping into the dealership!!! How amazing is that! I don’t know about any of you but my time is precious and I HATE wasting my time at the dealership (btw why is this even necessary?!!!🤔) I’m usually VERY skeptical about EVERYTHING!! but having dealt with Briant in the past, I knew I could trust him to handle everything from start to finish and he delivered (literally!!)~he Delivered the car right to my driveway!! I’d definitely recommend Briant Rosa as a salesperson. He’s dedicated, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, polite, patient, very helpful and straightforward.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

The service department is run efficiently the only problem I have is this is the second time when they work on your car I wish that they would not touch the lights or put them back the way they were

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. I decided to call Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai whom I leased a car from 2 years ago. A great value for a GREAT SUV.. Drives well.. Wish it had a LITTLE bit more get up and go but I’m fine with it.. A lot of great luxury on a budget..

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I was met at the door by salesman Jeffery who was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and Patient with all my questions. He convinced me that he was going to make sure that I was absolutely satisfied by explaining everything I needed to know on order to make up my mind about my purchase. He thoroughly explained all my options; cash, lease or finance. He even followed up after I drove off to see if everything was ok! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for Jeffrey. He's 76 years old ( I'm 72) so don't expect any quick sales tactics! In fact everyone I dealt with at this dealership was polite and easy to deal with.

Great customer service sometimes the service department is rude not the guys doing work but the ones you have to check in with are rude and have no patience

Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. Joe and Scott made the entire process a pleasure and actually a fun experience!. More importantly their commitment to satisfying me was amazing. My overall experience was a great dealing with Charlie Cuenca and the rest of the employees at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They took the time to answer any questions I had and helped get me into the vehicle I went there for. As with anything do your research and read all of the fine print and there won't be any surprises and you too will have a great experience just as I did.
