Very friendly, no pressure sales staff. F and I guy was very personable and didn?t try to over sale me things I didn?t need. Overall, they paid close attention to what I wanted and only showed me what met those specifications.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

Always excellent service at this location!!! I continue to come back because if Tom in the service center. I trust he will always do the right thing for me and my car...and in all my 6 years so far, he has !!! Thank you, Tom! I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

Oil change and replacing engine air filter . The job was done promptly including a free car wash. The waiting area was cleaned, with snacks and tv provided. Computer work stations were also available.
