New and used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON Limited for sale near Highland Heights, OH

I started my search about a month ago and found a new car I wanted to test drive at Ken Ganley Subaru in N. Olmstead. Roger Hagan sent me a video of the car before I arrived and respectfully guided me through the process with patience and without pressure. Happily, I drove my new Forester home that day and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

The whole team at Great Lakes was an absolute pleasure to work with! We bought a 2022 Santa Cruz and our salesman Warrick did a fantastic job showing us the car and going into details on what each had to offer. We gave him a list of must haves and he got us the perfect truck to fit our needs. He listened and knew exactly what to bring around and didnt get us into a car that was more than we needed. I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

This is the 2nd purchase from the business 8 years, and has been pleasant, and I look forward for future endeavors, and will always highly recommend the organization to family and friends ?
