I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.
