My service writer JAY, I want to say even though it was busy, you were exceptional! I was greeted with a smile. 😊, and promptly. That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. I used to going to the main dealership on 19, where seems I knew a few from there. Great experience. Will be coming back. Even saw Roxanne, who was great always. I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

My Service Advisor was excellent overall. He epitomizes quality customer care and efficient fulfilment of requested service requirements! In addition, he identified emerging issues for future attention!

This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. Thank you, Dave (Service manager), for going above and beyond to help me with this problem. Highly recommend Fitzgerald of Clearwater.

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

Todd has been excellent to deal with. He’s followed up but not over the top pushy. When I’m ready to move forward with my purchase, I will for sure be using Todd.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

I used Amazon Autos to find a good deal on a Tuscon online. All costs Including dealer fees and sales taxes were clearly presented. Discounts such as dealer adjustment and Hyundai rebates were also clearly displayed. Crown Hyundai offered a range of Tuscons that were priced better that other Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my Southwest Florida town. Crown Hyundai honored the deal that was presented on Amazon Autos without any hassles or attempts at up-selling. Justin Hoffman was very helpful in getting the deal done so I could get my new car in less than a day. All car purchases should be done this way.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I would highly recommend this be your first spot to go to for finding ur new ride. Ken Logan greeted us the door with a nice warm welcome. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Ken was very patient as I made my decision and never made me feel pressured into the sale like most car salesman are. I would highly recommend this place.

My salesman Robert Hamm was exceptional, down to earth, and a pleasure to work with. A few bumps on the road with service department, but WOW, they made everything right. Cleaning, friendly staff, and wonderful buying experience.

Cameron was a fantastic help and really knew he’s stuff about the car. He easily related his personal experience with these cars as well his over knowledge as a car guy. We test drove three different vehicles. He made sure our experience was as seamless and pleasant as possible. He took over our appointment from Joel who had a family emergency to take care of. I was impressed that Cameron was able to jump in with all the back story already covered by Joel. It showed excellent teamwork between the two of them. I appreciate that the Genesis Brand Manager Justin Callahan came out to meet my husband and myself. He was receptive to the situation I was in with my vehicle and also vowed to help me. We ended up leasing a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. It’s a fantastic vehicle and we love it.! In the seven cars, I’ve purchased over the past 30+ years. This was hands-down. The best customer service experience I have ever had. Next year I’m hoping to buy a 2023 Genesis GV70 electrified from them. Overall I received EXCELLENT customer service! Two 👍🏼👍🏼
