I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

I have always been completely satisfied with the service Family Hyundai provides. From the initial visit almost a year ago with the sales team thru the regular servicing visits, I’m not sure there is a better dealership with which to work.

Car is brand new to me. Still figuring out ins and outs. There are a few quirky things like fan on the heater adjusts itself randomly.

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!! I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

Jim worked very well with my to agree on a price we both thought was fair. I was was worried buying a car would be as painful as some people have claimed it to be, but I can say it was a pleasurable experience. I will certainly be looking at Wilkins Hyundai for future car purchases.

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!
