New and used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON SEL Convenience for sale near Whiting, IN

I love it here. They are very kind, respectful, intelligent and works well with their customers I will recommend them to my family and friends it’s clean they offer you something to drink something to snack on a ride if you needed somewhere while they work on your vehicle this is an amazing place thank you guys.

I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

Chris Walker gave us excellent customer service. Questions he couldn’t answer he found someone who could. He and his financial team stayed past the dealership closing time to accommodate our schedule and complete the buying process without rushing us.

The maintenance and parts are pricey but they provided a good service. Most Hyuindai dealerships seem to charge the same, so I'll mainly rate them on service. They did exactly as I asked and didn't push me to get other things done. My only complain is that I got there at 3:00 PM and was promised to be out by 5:00 PM but I didn't get to leave until 6:14 PM just for an oil change.

Car is brand new to me. Still figuring out ins and outs. There are a few quirky things like fan on the heater adjusts itself randomly.

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!! Will always come back!

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!

Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates. I have always been completely satisfied with the service Family Hyundai provides. From the initial visit almost a year ago with the sales team thru the regular servicing visits, I’m not sure there is a better dealership with which to work.

Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. He made no promises only gave his word to do everything that was possible to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. It was really a low pressure experience my salesman, Garret was awesome as well as the finance guy Ruben, the only issue was when I got the car home a few days later I had to jumpstart the vehicle due to a bad battery.
