I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

Chris Walker gave us excellent customer service. Questions he couldn’t answer he found someone who could. He and his financial team stayed past the dealership closing time to accommodate our schedule and complete the buying process without rushing us.

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! He was very “Helpful” and “Accommodating” and took care of Everything!! Bottom Line-“ He ordered a New Tonneau Cover under Warranty!! “Will Use Riverhead Hyundai For All My Service Needs”!! Rick M. Car is brand new to me. Still figuring out ins and outs. There are a few quirky things like fan on the heater adjusts itself randomly.

I appreciated Hugo so much for making the process seamless and fast, I tend to not trust Sales associates or dealerships but I did not feel taken advantage at all!!!

I have bought a lot of cars over the years, from dealerships all over the country and this car deal was absolutely the cleanest, smoothest, quickest transaction I have ever been through. The car was exactly how they represented it to be and the price was lower than I could find anywhere in the country. The salesman, Phil Porras was an absolute professional and literally had the paperwork completed and me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.
