I love this car. Very attractive and loaded with the latest technology. You get a lot for your money. Love all the personal options and upgrades.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

The dealership was very responsive to an emergency situation I experienced with my car. Without an appointment and only a short time before closing they were kind enough to replace my battery when mine died while traveling to my home from out of state! They were fast efficient and the cost was minimum. Thanks for the great work. I highly recommend them for their cost and efficiency.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy a car from these people and it was worth it. I passed up no less than 5 Hyundai dealerships to get to this one and let me tell you why. I wanted to buy my wife a Palisade. I quickly found out that Hyundai Palisades were in high demand. Most dealerships had only one or two and they were moving so fast that everyone was charging above sticker. Though everyone claimed to be offering more on trades than KBB, the first two local dealerships only offered me the bottom of the KBB range, then wanted $2,500 over sticker. One of them didn't even have a car to sell me and still wanted to sell me...I'm not sure what he was selling me. I started calling around and shopping in Houston. The first offered exactly what the local dealerships did. The second promised to beat any deal by $1,000 or more. I sent them my previous deal and they stopped returning my calls. 3 days later after several tries, no one would call me back. The third Houston dealership really did try. They gave me a great deal but the car they had didn't have exactly what we wanted. They tried to trade with other dealerships, but it never worked out. Thru that process, I ended up reaching out to Phillip Lam, one of the Texan Hyundai managers, who had me send him the details of what I wanted. He said, he would make it happen and asked me to make the trip. We drove 2-1/2" hours to see him and he did not disappoint. He ended up giving me a better deal than what I asked for. He paired me with Alan Perez and they worked really hard for our business. A lot of research and effort led me here. I hope my efforts and research can lead you there too.

I worked with Rose Ruiz and a finance guy that I don’t know the name of the team overall was very courteous, responsive and helpful and create an environment where all my questions were answered, and they are more than accommodating to my schedule,. I felt that they didn’t put any pressure on me to do things differently than I wanted to and followed through on everything that they said that they would do it definitely doesn’t feel like a luxury experience, but it feels like one that’s built with hard-working and confident people at the center, trying to do their best in each instance

Hyundai palisade 2023 are hard to get period, but they have great stock and of they dont have it they will get it asap. I had been looking and waiting for 2 mpnths plus. Alvaro and Esther were amazing. The whole team came together and made it happen and delivery was 3 days for my hyundai palisade xrt 2023. Black on black n they added in beautiful red calipers and tint because they r great! I love their service.
