New and used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON for sale near Random Lake, WI

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I actually sent my 17yo son to get the new key fob (that we obviously waited a very long time to get), and have it synced up with our '11 Elantra. He had no problems communicating with the service staff, despite his Autism Spectrum "Specialness." They made him feel comfortable, explained everything to him, and treated him like any other customer. I truly appreciate that the service people can give a great experience to everyone!

Purchased a brand new Hyundai with Van Horn Fond Du Lac. Salesman kept me up to date with the ETA of my vehicle, very transparent with us and were never pushy. Will defiantly return.

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

The service staff is always so great to work with. They reach out to me when they have recommendations for repairs and always explain. Gerry is especially helpful. He goes out of his way to contact me or leave a voicemail. He is so kind. I am very grateful for his help! Thank you!

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

Recently I signed to purchase my 2020 Venue after leasing it for three years. The car has been exactly suited for me. I’ve had a few surgeries and the Venue is easy for me to get in and out of. The color is apple green. My church friends gifted me several Kermit the frogs since the color matches perfectly! My grade school kids love to see my Kermit’s on the dashboard when they come out for recess. Eric Vande Slunt has been the key person from the first signing of the lease to the recent buy out. The entire team of associates have been so helpful with getting my oil changes or any other appointments scheduled. The Van Horn team is gracious always quick to offer water, coffee or soda. I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

Needed a vehicle on short notice. Worked with Jim and he very accomodating and responsive. Any little glitch that would potentially arise was addressed immediately and resourcefully. His Mgr Dustin was very supportive along the process as well. Mariah who did the financing was very professional easy to work with. I had no experience with Hyunda which made me slightly nervous. However, their collective effort made the entire process efficient and seamless. I can honestly say (for the first time)would purchase from this dealer again.
