I had an easy buying process and continue to bring my car in for service. Yesterday a routine oil change went exactly as I thought it would! They had me in and out after just a few minutes! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of snacks! A great place!!

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

My wheel lock was missing from my car, and they were going to call the Lexus dealership to get a replacement. I asked them to first look among ones that they probably had that were collecting dust. Jason searched and found the correct one! I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait and come back. He was also very personable and pleasant.

Several months ago I was looking for a new car and wanted to compare the Hyundai Kona, Honda HRV and Toyota Corolla Cross. We visited Grappone Hyundai and met Joe Hardy. When we returned from driving a Kona, Joe had an HRV waiting for us. Then he brought us over to the Toyota dealership so we could see, sit in and touch a Corolla Cross that was being prepped for delivery to a customer. Joe went out of his way to help us with our search and deserves Kudos.

Michael Towne is very and patient with me when I bring my car to him. I just had a problem with a malfunction in the engine. He said bring the car up and we will look at it without an appointment. I worked with Frank McKanobb when I stopped by to look at the GV80 a week or so ago. It was the day after the last big snow we had and he was in a great mood the whole time. Didn't seem bothered or annoyed that he had to scrape ice off a car for me for 15 minutes before I could drive it. I apologized a few times, but he seemed genuinely glad to help me.
