I went in for my scheduled oil change and was greeted by my rep Doreen Hailey. Doreen got my paperwork started and directed me to their very nice waiting room. A multi point inspection of car was completed and Doreen went over all things require service with me. I could tell by our the discussion she really knows her cars. I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

Nikki and Fred was amazing, went in to get my car service, but end up leaving in a 2024. Nice job team I told them NO at least 25 times or more.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

General manger done a great job helping me get a part fixed on my car after Hyundai would not approve the warranty repair. General manger was great to deal with and took ownership of the issue.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

Discounts such as dealer adjustment and Hyundai rebates were also clearly displayed. Crown Hyundai offered a range of Tuscons that were priced better that other Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my Southwest Florida town. Crown Hyundai honored the deal that was presented on Amazon Autos without any hassles or attempts at up-selling. Justin Hoffman was very helpful in getting the deal done so I could get my new car in less than a day. All car purchases should be done this way.

Cameron was a fantastic help and really knew he’s stuff about the car. He easily related his personal experience with these cars as well his over knowledge as a car guy. We test drove three different vehicles. He made sure our experience was as seamless and pleasant as possible. He took over our appointment from Joel who had a family emergency to take care of. I was impressed that Cameron was able to jump in with all the back story already covered by Joel. It showed excellent teamwork between the two of them. I appreciate that the Genesis Brand Manager Justin Callahan came out to meet my husband and myself. He was receptive to the situation I was in with my vehicle and also vowed to help me. We ended up leasing a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. It’s a fantastic vehicle and we love it.! In the seven cars, I’ve purchased over the past 30+ years. This was hands-down. The best customer service experience I have ever had. Next year I’m hoping to buy a 2023 Genesis GV70 electrified from them. Overall I received EXCELLENT customer service! Two 👍🏼👍🏼
