New and used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON SUVs for sale near Grant Park, IL

Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. He made no promises only gave his word to do everything that was possible to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. On December 22, I receive the wonderful news from John that the car would be delivered by 4pm. Big John’s hard work and dedication paid off and he got the car delivered. He is Charismatic, passionate, informative and above all helpful. So if you ever go to Webb Hyundai located in Highland, IN; John Crawford is the salesperson you want working for you. I had a pleasant experience at Webb Hyundai.

Chris Walker gave us excellent customer service. Questions he couldn’t answer he found someone who could. He and his financial team stayed past the dealership closing time to accommodate our schedule and complete the buying process without rushing us.

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car. My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars. Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it! Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!

Car is brand new to me. Still figuring out ins and outs. There are a few quirky things like fan on the heater adjusts itself randomly.

I love it here. They are very kind, respectful, intelligent and works well with their customers I will recommend them to my family and friends it’s clean they offer you something to drink something to snack on a ride if you needed somewhere while they work on your vehicle this is an amazing place thank you guys.

It was really a low pressure experience my salesman, Garret was awesome as well as the finance guy Ruben, the only issue was when I got the car home a few days later I had to jumpstart the vehicle due to a bad battery.

Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and Jon C. did a wonderful job showing me choices that would best suit my needs.
