I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. I had a good overall experience buying my vehicle here Cadillac Lyriq. Gabriel was great to work with, very supportive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. The car itself is in excellent condition and I’m happy with it. One issue I had was that management dropped the appearance package at the last minute, after I had already prepared a cashier’s check. That felt a bit sneaky and inconvenient and nasty. Still, thanks to Gabriel’s professionalism and the quality of the car, I’m satisfied and would recommend this dealership — just watch closely for last-minute changes.

My visit to the dealership for service on my 2013 Azera was more than I expected ,the repairs were done exactly how it was explained to me, there were no surprises, I'm extremely happy with this dealershipi will use them again( hopeffully not soon, lol)

Salesman, was great showing us cars that matched what we wanted and the team was good. The price of the car was our budget for daughter’s first car.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.
