Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. So pleased to work with Blasius of Middletown and will be a repeat customer for sure!!

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Edwin was great to work with from the beginning. He reached out shortly after I inquired about the car and scheduled a time the next day to take a test drive. They were able to complete the purchase that day so I could take the car home. Overall, both Edwin and their Finance department were easy to work with.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

Purchased pre owned Ram truck. Johnathan was courteous and patient. Totally non painful buying experience. All staff pleasant. Detailing did miss a couple of areas, but I poke in places most people don’t. Would recommend

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

We went to Meriden Hyundai because I saw a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe there on cars.com. We went on a Monday. There, we met Tommy Ortiz. He thought that this car was sold. We test drove a new one, but unfortunately wasn't in our budget. He then informed us that the Santa Fe I wanted to see was still there, but needed some detailing. We went back on Wednesday. We took the SUV for a ride. I loved it and so did my husband. We sat down with Tommy, exchanged a few numbers and we said yes. Signed some papers, put a downpayment and it was easy. We went back on Friday and picked up the Santa Fe and it looked awesome! I am very happy now with my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe!! I would recommend the dealership, very professional. This was the second new vehicle in 2 years purchased there, first was my Gen coupe and now my father bought a Sante fe. As a second car, or for someone's first car purchase, or a gas saver, or a beater, this car is perfect. We had 4 cylinder sedans and suvs that were our main family vehicles before. But grew out of them and into larger 3 row suvs that consume a lot of gas. This feels like it's in between both. It's not quite a mid sized suv, yet it does not feel like a compact suv. Compared to previous models, the interior feels more spacious and has higher quality design and materials. Our trim has off white leather and it looks beautiful inside. It's rather comfortable, quiet, and fun to drive for the most part, except that passengers in the back seat sometimes complain about the ride quality. Amenities are great. The tech, safety features, comforts, it's all well thought out. Sometimes I don't like some of the beeps or lane assist features, but other times I can appreciate it. Overall seems reliable, though the little 4 cylinder sometimes seems to vibrate a little too hard, and the gears are normally tuned to be a little sluggish to save gas. It can be switched to sport mode (it has a cool animation on the screen when you switch driving modes), but then the engine just revs too high and the exhaust tends to drone a bit. Normal and "smart" mode don't seem to have that issue. For going shopping or driving back and fourth to work, it's a great car. I like the looks, and the stance, though it's a little low compared to other SUVs. We took it on a 3 hour road trip once and although it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best, most comfortable experience either. Hence why it's our second family vehicle and not our main.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Most painless car buying experience i have ever had. My salesman, Dave, greeted me even before the dealership was officially open. He had a laid back attitude and didn't come off overbearing or high pressure. From beginning to end the process took less then 2 hrs including one of the best detail jobs I have seen. Will recommend to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Great car dealership! John helped me locate the Mercedes that I wanted with a premium 3 package. The car is exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. They also got me a very competitive car loan at a great rate! When I picked up the car it was beautifully detailed and although the car is a 2018 it looks like it came off the showroom floor and drives that way too

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.
