Came looking to buy a Ram. Tom Lallas was very easy to work with, spending time and patience explaining different options. I have had some follow up trips to the dealership and have nothing but good things to say. They definitely take care of their customers.
I posted yesterday about a poor experience here. Although I was very unhappy I wish to update that management assured me it was a big misunderstand and everything they originally offered was good and even made things a bit better. Kudos to the staff for addressing a customers concerns and quickly rectified the situation.

This is the SECOND time in several years I have tracked up to Skagit to get my Car...They always break it down for me and tell me why and how much I will save coming up there prior..and I never leave disappointed... This was a harder trade for me because I had to give up a car that was a baby to us..13 years of owning a Corvette..but thank you guys for getting me in the Genesis, ITS not a VETTE but it zips and its comfortable and Never have to go change out cars to go pick up the kids! See you in another year or two to Trade out our Sonata!
I made an appointment in advance (which I recommend), and I received on-time service. Damian was my service representative, and he was both professional and kind. When the service was complete, he reviewed the service record of all the things they did and checked. He was clear in his explanations and patient with my questions. Service was completed within the time estimate I was given at the beginning. Also, thanks for the free exterior car wash that you provide -- it always feels good to drive away with a clean car in good repair.
Great experience at this dealership. The general manager is very nice, low key and transparent! All the car salesmen who helped me were great too. This dealership was willing to work with me and gave me what I wanted for my trade and dropped the price of the vehicle I bought. It was a quick and easy process. I was in and out of there in about an hour as I called ahead, did my research and knew what I wanted. I love my new 4Runner!! I have fallen in love all over again! Thanks guys, great job! Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.
Sales staff were amazing. Got a great deal on my Elantra! Everything was amazing until I met with one of their finance men who tried to ram down my throat a bunch of unneeded additional purchases. I used to work at a bank and knew they were pointless, but this finance man was abrasive and simply rude. Besides that, i recommend this dealer.
This was the easiest buying experience ever! Although it was a really long process. We went in wanting a beautiful Chrysler 300C they had on the lot. We weren't sure we'd get it either considering how much we owed on our van. But they made it work and we walked away with additional warranty, roadside, and Gap for less monthly than we thought we would. Thank you for helping me to get one of my dream cars.
Ian is the best person to see for all your car buying needs. he is super nice helpfull and do everything he can to make sure that he gets you what you want for the price you can afford. Jack Carrolls Hyundai is a great place to go.
Buying a used car isn't high on my list of fun things to do, reputation of the "used car salesman" etc. makes it feel like you've gotta have all your ducks in a row and go into the experience prepared for psychological warfare. Working with these guys was easy and I have to commend them in particular for standing by an advertised price on a truck I bought when I'm not sure they had to. It was listed significantly below what they had intended, but they honored the price (without any resistance) which to me speaks to overall honesty and character. The sales staff wasn't pushy...even before they discovered the mistake :). Ron gave me a good description of the known issues with the vehicle before I made the 2 hour drive up to Burlington, and had just the right amount of communication. Also - this shop is owned by a much larger and reputable Ford dealership so there's a big company behind their seemingly small operation.
