Saved from a dead battery on vacation

While on vacation in Panama city with my family we encountered a dead battery after dinner one evening. I called John Lee Nissan first thing the next morning and I got an appointment for service that morning. The service writer I spoke with was very friendly and even asked if I needed a tow in. Once I was checked in everything went very smooth, when they ran their diagnostics they found a dead battery and worked with me to get a receipt from another Nissan dealer in Missouri for the battery that went bad. If not for the willingness of the service writer to work with me I might have had to pay full price for a battery that was still under warranty. I'm very thankful to Ashley Welker and the rest of the John Lee Nissan service department for making the rest of my family vacation worry free from a dead car battery!
