Red Haired Lady , I don't know the name is excellent in customer service, Gave me price and I signed the sheet knowing the car is well taken of as it has been for the past 4 years. Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

I would definitely recommend Walser Hyundai, it was a great experience. I was far along the process of searching for a new car and our salesperson Rhett was extremely helpful right away. What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

they provided on point vehicle info, items like yr ,make, model ,but mostly both interior , exterior colors, options, cpo, pics,and cost/ miles; others keep citng black/ white exterior colors

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

I did not purches from Walser as the vehicle I went there to see was sold shortly before I arrived. The sales person and I reviewed inventory at multiple Walser dealerships. I was looking for very specific vehicles and they did not have any more in stock.

I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

Overall, after all said and done it was probaly the best car buying experiene I had. Nathan my sales guy was unbelievable. Frank sales manager and Bryan in finance were also amazing at what they did. Would highly recommend them.

As a second car, or for someone's first car purchase, or a gas saver, or a beater, this car is perfect. We had 4 cylinder sedans and suvs that were our main family vehicles before. But grew out of them and into larger 3 row suvs that consume a lot of gas. This feels like it's in between both. It's not quite a mid sized suv, yet it does not feel like a compact suv. Compared to previous models, the interior feels more spacious and has higher quality design and materials. Our trim has off white leather and it looks beautiful inside. It's rather comfortable, quiet, and fun to drive for the most part, except that passengers in the back seat sometimes complain about the ride quality. Amenities are great. The tech, safety features, comforts, it's all well thought out. Sometimes I don't like some of the beeps or lane assist features, but other times I can appreciate it. Overall seems reliable, though the little 4 cylinder sometimes seems to vibrate a little too hard, and the gears are normally tuned to be a little sluggish to save gas. It can be switched to sport mode (it has a cool animation on the screen when you switch driving modes), but then the engine just revs too high and the exhaust tends to drone a bit. Normal and "smart" mode don't seem to have that issue. For going shopping or driving back and fourth to work, it's a great car. I like the looks, and the stance, though it's a little low compared to other SUVs. We took it on a 3 hour road trip once and although it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best, most comfortable experience either. Hence why it's our second family vehicle and not our main.

The staff at Buerkle is amazing. They take time to really hear your needs and find the perfect vehicle for you. I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new Sonata. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. He took the time to ask me what I liked about my previous vehicle and what I would like in my new one. The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

The staff was very helpful with information and worked at a nice pace as we viewed and considered our options. Brandon displayed good listening skills and was knowledgeable in answering our questions.

I went in on Monday 5/10 to look at a car that was mentioned to me. I got to the dealership and had the pleasure of working with Hanafy Mahmoud. The greatest salesman I have ever worked with. Very polite, listened to me and what I was looking for and most importantly was not pushy. I did a test drive on the car and I loved it! I didn't have all my information that was needed to purchase the car with me. He put the SOLD sign on it and had it brought to the back to have it cleaned up and to get the last look to make sure everything was good. I informed him I would be back the next day to get all the paper work done. So Tuesday 5/11 I went back in with my father so he could do the "Dad" check. The paper work took only just a few minutes and then I went in with the Financial manager Ashley Malenke to do the final steps and all the signatures. Ashley was absolutely great! Such a sweet woman and very knowledgeable of her position and many things about the whole dealership. I was out of there within an hour all together. Car is brand new to me. Still figuring out ins and outs. There are a few quirky things like fan on the heater adjusts itself randomly.
