Ty was amazing, caring, and fast!!! My appointment was at 8:40 am. I attended a meeting near by and was texted that my car was ready for pick up. He got us in and out.

I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

Roberto my salesman was friendly, informative and used active listening while I was explaining what type of vehicle I was looking for. Financing was quick, simple and easy as well! Smooth power train, great MPG, roomy interior, up to date tech, and looks sporty. Very practical vehicle that will meet most expectations. Kudos to Hyundai!

Routine service was fast efficient and friendly. Appointment time was made so car was taken into service and received routine service that included tire rotation and returned quickly.

I love this car. It drives beautifully, handles well, has more than acceptable acceleration and is very comfortable to drive. The real world mileage is less than advertised but that is not a surprise. No quality control issues. Everything works as it is supposed to, the touch screen is intuitive to use and the head up display is great. The only very minor complaint is that this particular car does not have auto-folding outside mirrors.

Very easy to work with and responded to my questions very promptly. Made the process very easy especially considering I was shopping for the vehicle I wanted online. I would definitely recommend this process to others.

Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.
