Driven almost 2700 miles in over month after purchase. I bought the Blue line, which is considered the base model Hybrid. This is my 1st Hyundai and hybrid.The underdog of compact SUV’s. Best value for the money compared to Toyota and Honda for what it comes with. Exterior looks, in my opinion is aggressive and I like it. Also a bit more roomier for occupants and cargo. It may have a little less mpg than those 2 but it makes up for it in HP and torque. The tech it comes with is easy to navigate and screen is responsive when navigating the menus. Apple car play and Android auto is easy to connect and use. The transition between electric and gas is fairly smooth. I am getting 37mpg so far not too far off their 38mpg claim and with a quarter tank left I get over 300+ miles. I feel that it is better in handling as well. Steering feels tighter as well. Interior feel is very good with the materials used, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Only gripe I have is I wish they provided air vents for the wireless charging pad and the phone holder pad on the dash. Give this SUV a chance, I have. Also has the best warranty on the market.

Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. Joe and Scott made the entire process a pleasure and actually a fun experience!. More importantly their commitment to satisfying me was amazing. I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

Smooth power train, great MPG, roomy interior, up to date tech, and looks sporty. Very practical vehicle that will meet most expectations. Kudos to Hyundai!

I love this car. It drives beautifully, handles well, has more than acceptable acceleration and is very comfortable to drive. The real world mileage is less than advertised but that is not a surprise. No quality control issues. Everything works as it is supposed to, the touch screen is intuitive to use and the head up display is great. The only very minor complaint is that this particular car does not have auto-folding outside mirrors.

We stopped in just to get a feel for the Kona and ended up leasing one on the spot. Our salesperson, Stephen, was friendly, helpful, and really answered all of our questions. Most importantly we feel that we got a great deal on a car with the features we were looking for. It is easy to drive and really comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small SUV.

I had selected Paramus Hyundai after calling a few Hyundai dealerships in my area. I even went to visit one 10minutes from my job and they were disappointing. I traveled all the way from Long Island to Paramus by public transportation to make my purchase. What was discussed on the phone with Brittany DiCarlo who was great and the Sale Manager Ludwin Rosa was what it was when I got there. Ludwin even picked me up at the train station in Manhattan and drove me to the dealership. The finance manager Nancy Pipolo was straight forward and NO BS! I enjoyed my experience and will be referring everyone I know to go there, WELL WORTH THE TRIP! I will be going back within the next 18month.

I spoke with Yara to set up an appointment to purchase the car and everyone I dealt with Tyrell Josh and Gabriel were absolutely great. I could not have asked for more. They all answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and satisfied with their answers. Gabriel, the finance manager went above and beyond helping me, showing me how by leasing the car I could actually save money. I had originally gone to the dealership to purchase a car. I had read a few negative reviews on Yelp, so I proceeded with caution. However, once I arrived and was greeted by salesman Mark Checki, I knew I was going to have a great experience as a customer. This was my first time buying a car, or visiting a dealership on my own. I called the day before to inquire about a used 2017 Genesis G80, and Mark answered all of my questions about the process quickly and in an simple-to-understand manner. When I arrived, he quickly got the keys for me to take a test drive where I immediately fell in love with the car. I knew I wanted to buy it, and I’m pretty sure he knew as well. He was very familiar with the vehicle and all of its features. It may have helped that I was buying outright, but he was able to expedite the process for me. While I went to go get a cashier’s check from Chase around the corner, he was able to speak with my insurance company, get the car washed, and prepare all of the DMV paperwork for me. All I had to do was read over the agreement and sign the paperwork. Mark is a world class salesman and an incredible guy overall. He’s a seasoned veteran in the business and he made my experience completely enjoyable and exciting. I drove off the lot in my car within 2 hours and it could’ve been quicker if we didn’t hit a speed bump with Progressive. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this service department. Don was patient, kept me informed, and made me feel valued. Even before I dropped my car off, the person who answered the phone (Zo was his name I think) was patient and understanding and also very candid. I felt like I was dealing with real, genuine people at this dealership and that is the way it should be- I can’t say the same about some of the other Hyundai dealerships in the tri state area… Tasca Central Ave Hyundai is the place I will be going for now on.
