I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

My service representative Albert did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle as well as explaining the issue with my vehicle.

Smooth power train, great MPG, roomy interior, up to date tech, and looks sporty. Very practical vehicle that will meet most expectations. Kudos to Hyundai!

I love this car. It drives beautifully, handles well, has more than acceptable acceleration and is very comfortable to drive. The real world mileage is less than advertised but that is not a surprise. No quality control issues. Everything works as it is supposed to, the touch screen is intuitive to use and the head up display is great. The only very minor complaint is that this particular car does not have auto-folding outside mirrors.

My car is currently having some issues. Normally this is a pain but I can honestly say that dealing with Cathy has made it bearable. She is knowledgeable and so courteous. I have been an Ed Voyles customer for years and take my car to the service department for all of my services so that only certified Hyundai technicians with extensive knowledge do the work. I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. Great Service, prompt service on a recall inspection. The service department was quick to contact me after the service was performed. All new programs were automatically reset.

My service manager (Victoria Cruz) was very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and my car was ready very quickly. I always have a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. They give twice the length of warranty and the car itself is a very pleasant surprise in its performance and comfort.
