I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. I love this car. It drives beautifully, handles well, has more than acceptable acceleration and is very comfortable to drive. The real world mileage is less than advertised but that is not a surprise. No quality control issues. Everything works as it is supposed to, the touch screen is intuitive to use and the head up display is great. The only very minor complaint is that this particular car does not have auto-folding outside mirrors.

After 3 frustrating days and countless hours of attempting to buy a car for the advertised price, only to have the total price significantly inflated when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I looked outside my area of Northwest Arkansas and found very fair online prices with Tulsa Hyundai. Jerry Byrd assured me that the price I saw would be exactly what I would pay. He was a man of his word. He put me in the exact car I was hoping to find. Even better, it was a brand new car priced $2000 LOWER, 2 years NEWER, and with 39,000 FEWER miles than the previous one found in my local area. It was so worth the drive to Tulsa Hyundai. Thank you Jerry for truly putting the customer’s needs priority one and for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Meeting the person I had been in contact with was the toughest part. I let them know when I have them a 2 hr advance notice of when I was coming but they were out on a lunch run. Then I just stood at the doorway by the receptionist waiting for someone to find me that they had paged. I finally tracked them down. Then, we walked away not knowing our financing details such as locked in rate and who our loan was with. After 2.5 weeks and 4 tries calling I finally got the information. Staff was friendly and quick. Facility was clean and inviting to customers.

Had a salesman meet us in the lot and we told him what kind of options we were looking for on the new Santa Fe that we wanted. We drove the one lower option one and also the limited with a few more options. We were happier with the one with a few more options. He never pushed us one way or the other. We went inside to talk numbers and his manager came out and discussed the numbers with us. The whole process took less than an hour and a half and we had a deal we were happy with. It was a very enjoyable experience. Probably the best one we have had in Oklahoma City. The Salesman did a good deliver and we were out of there with our perfect vehicle. They make doing business easy. Not back and forth for hours. We will do business with them again in the future.

I had an easy buying process and continue to bring my car in for service. Yesterday a routine oil change went exactly as I thought it would! They had me in and out after just a few minutes! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of snacks! A great place!!

Bill Raynor was wonderful; full of knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm. He took time to fully educate us on settings and how to use the technology. Careful to offer lots of facts, he was willing to share opinions, but only if specifically asked. His years in the business have not jaded his tactics, and he continues making the customer feel they are at the center of the sale. Bill was thoughtful in his questions to help guide the customer to the best possible deal without imposing frivolous charges. If you need a reliable, kind, and well educated person to help on your vehicle purchasing journey, I recommend giving Bill a visit in Winter Haven (well worth a drive if you’re not already in the area).

My poem on Danielle Slick's premier customer service This past Tuesday, June 25, I went to Taylor Hyundai and had the oil changed and ethanol treatment on my Hyundai Sonata Limited. The sweetest, nicest, and best service advisor in the history of the dealership, Danielle Slick, recognized me and my car when I pulled up. Having a sweet-sounding voice, she was happy to see me for my car service appointment that I made online the day before on the Taylor Hyundai website. She made my appointment very easy and went out of my way to ensure that my car service was successful. The service was performed properly and I was out of there in over an hour. I enjoyed talking to her when she got me from the waiting room once she told me that my car was ready, and when I accompanied her to the computer terminal to make my payment for service on my car. She has a poem I came up with dealing with her superb customer service, and it is as follows: At Taylor Hyundai I pick Danielle Slick/For she loves to do her thing with no trick/So that service on my Hyundai can be quick/Then my Hyundai can click thanks in part to Danielle Slick!!! Receiving a hug from her when my appointment ended and having a photo made with her and me in front of my car with the tag on the front saying "I love💕 my Hyundai Sonata," I am looking forward to seeing my favorite service advisor Danielle Slick again in September for my car detailing appointment in celebration of my birthday 🎂!!! She and I will have the best birthday celebration 🎊 in the history of Taylor Hyundai!!!
