The waiting was close to 3 hrs. But the TV and teas service machine is great. Customer service was great and kind. Went for oil change and repair. They forgot to place the sticker after oil change and reset reminder.

I love this car. It drives beautifully, handles well, has more than acceptable acceleration and is very comfortable to drive. The real world mileage is less than advertised but that is not a surprise. No quality control issues. Everything works as it is supposed to, the touch screen is intuitive to use and the head up display is great. The only very minor complaint is that this particular car does not have auto-folding outside mirrors.

Overall my experience with Eric Valladares was good. Improvements could be made with amount of time left me sitting (had to look for him a few times) and if BlueLink was available as specified it would be.

My salespeople, Jim and Arnie are a pleasure to do business with. Overall great experience. Everything was straight forward. I would buy from them again.

I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. John You was my sales representative. He was recommended by a former client of his. He was friendly on our introduction and very open and easy to speak with. He answered questions and concerns about the vehicles while test driving and after making my choice. He worked easily with my friend and me when trying to reach a final out the door price. After completing the sale, we made plans to pick up the car on another day and to sign the loan papers. I picked up the care after all the detailing and John showed me all the new details available on the Kona. He could not have been more helpful and friendly through out the process. Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
